"Lisa has always been kind, courteous and professional to me. The older I get the more complicated things become. She has always taken the time to alleviate any concerns that I have. That can be as simple as paying a bill or as complicated as how to deal with my car being hit while pulled off to the side of the road. It was hit by a runner that hit it was such force that it pulled the passenger side mirror off the car. After I collected my thoughts, my first call was to State Farm.
